WhoKnows has always had a user-centric product principle that minimizes the need for our user’s to change how they work today. That’s why we inject the best colleague into your favorite Intranet or Internet search. However, we also recognize that sometimes our users prefer a little more power when they’re looking for a colleague. Therefore, we have built and launched a dedicated WhoKnows search.
We have incorporate quite a few features right off the bat including:
- Real-time results that appear as you type in your search
- Quickly view the essential info about a colleague right in the search results
- Filter the search results by a number of criteria including name, title, company, department, and location; we’ll even recommend the most common terms to help you or you can type in your own
- Map out the results to see how the knowledge of your colleagues is distributed across the country and the world
